VAT for Non-EU Countries

I don't understand the comment "citizens of non-EU countries are eligible for a VAT refund".

What does that mean for me in Canada?

Yes, 99 EUR is the price for you in such case (called 'net price' as opposed to the 'gross price' that would be 99 EUR + 23% VAT). Because I haven't had time to implement an automatic and bullet-proof country detection mechanism, it's based on customer's PayPal billing information and manual. Yu will get anything you pay above 99 EUR refunded immediately into your PayPal account (for credit cards it may take more time for the refund to appear on the account though).

Yes I noticed there was a difference in price depending on using Paypal or Credit card.
